Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to enhance residents' daily well-being through therapeutic interventions and individualized treatment programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to residents' well-being through occupational therapy 2. Plan and implement occupational therapy treatments 3. Advise on orthopedic products and promote activities We seek to incorporate an Occupational Therapist into our team who will contribute to residents' daily well-being through therapeutic interventions. **Responsibilities**: * Assessment of new admissions and their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs). * Planning, validation, and implementation of occupational therapy treatment programs for training and re-education in basic and instrumental ADLs, physical activities, cognitive stimulation, psychosocial activities, and community intervention activities. * Development of occupational therapy treatment programs for new residents, establishing individualized goals. * Implementation of occupational therapy treatment programs for training and re-education in activities of daily living. * Evaluation and analysis of rehabilitative treatment progress, adapting program interventions and goals according to each resident's progress. * Supervision and intervention in patients' ADLs, supporting auxiliary staff to ensure correct performance. * Advising family members regarding the most appropriate supportive orthopedic and orthoprosthesis products for each case. * Encouraging residents to participate in recreational and leisure activities organized at the facility and promoting constructive ways to occupy their free time. **We Offer**: * 30-hour weekly work schedule * Split-shift schedule: two days per week; remaining days mornings only * Immediate start * Salary: As per collective agreement, plus potential performance-based supplements **Minimum Requirements** * Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. * Minimum one year of experience in primary care, hospital, or elderly residential facilities is desirable. * Additional training in occupational therapy, gerontology, or related fields is recommended.
