We are currently running a selection process to fill a Production Area Manager position. **What would you do?** * Design, propose, and implement production strategies tailored to the area's needs, ensuring optimal alignment with short- and medium-term operational requirements and improvement goals. * Monitor and coordinate the area’s production process, meeting budget targets and optimizing resources. * Track and analyze area-specific data, driving specific plans and objectives for each assigned production line. * Consolidate and integrate area performance results. * Develop and implement standards and optimize PDT. * Manage production area incidents (internal and external). * Participate in defined routines, suggest improvements, and develop new ones as needed for better area functioning (in coordination with relevant teams). * Ensure compliance with and monitoring of total quality systems according to CCEP standards. * Forecast staffing needs and manage personnel accordingly. * Lead and support associated teams, RLs, and operators in achieving area results, providing coaching when necessary. Develop IDPs, training plans, and team capabilities. Foster Operational Excellence culture within teams under your influence. * Participate in budget preparation and development. * Manage area KPIs (Safety, Quality, Environment, Productivity, Costs, etc.). * Coordinate with other departments involved in production management, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Infrastructure managers for comprehensive production area management. * Conduct follow-up, coordination, and actions arising from Production area audits. * Agree and coordinate personnel movements with adjacent areas to optimize plant balance. * Maintain strong on-site presence. * Perform any other tasks related to operations derived from the area's functioning. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Industrial Organization). Industrial vocational training (FP) is a plus. * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct teams. * Proficiency in Office tools. * Knowledge of digital tools. * SAP knowledge is a plus. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. * Fluent English (B2 level) is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * Results orientation * Communication and leadership skills * Adaptability and flexibility * Stress management **Is it you?** Don't hesitate!
