You will lead the evolution and maintenance of digital products such as our voice or text virtual assistants, Localization solutions, Data Intelligence or Document AI-based projects, and large web and mobile projects, among others. Manage corrective actions required for proper product operation. Monitor profitability of managed services. Work closely with clients to maintain alignment between their requirements and expectations and the product definition. . As a Product Support Manager, you will be the person who "orchestrates" between the client and the technical support and development teams, ensuring that the digital product continues meeting the technical, quality, and efficiency expectations set at implementation, while also supporting its continuous evolution. More than 2 years of experience working within a product owner framework or in a similar role related to digital product support (Product Managers, Support Managers) Understanding of digital business and a solid vision of what needs to be delivered to stakeholders: user acquisition, analysis, and experience, to define the product and turn it into web projects. Passion for digital innovation and commitment to customer experience. **Excellent English:** B2+/C1 level Availability for occasional travel Agile development experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices Ability to clearly communicate business requirements to the team. Negotiation and communication skills. Open-mindedness to understand new ways of working.
