Currently, we are recruiting a Product Engineer (PFE) specialized in gearboxes to join our team and participate in the development of transmission systems within automotive projects. Key responsibilities include: * Managing part modifications. * Tracking part modifications through to implementation. * Defining needs and adapting requirements. * Monitoring assigned deadlines and budget. * Ensuring compliance with quality policies and systems. * Leading machinery-related projects. * Leading meetings with customers and suppliers. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive salary. * Working hours: 7:00–15:00 hrs. * Participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. We love teamwork! \#LI\-LV1 **Requirements:** --------------- Below are the minimum requirements necessary to perform this role: * University degree in Engineering. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or in the described functions. * Experience in commissioning, project leadership, and project tracking. * Automotive experience: gearboxes, vehicles, engines, or batteries. * Negotiation and leadership skills. * High level of English \- minimum B2. * French language proficiency is an asset.
