ROCA DEFISAN, a leader in the pest control sector, is currently looking for a new **Operations Coordinator** with experience in pest control, environmental and plant health, to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Management team and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, quality control, resource optimization, and regulatory compliance across all operational areas. **Main Responsibilities** **Daily Operations** * Analysis of routes for each branch (costs, times, and deviations). * Support in fleet management. * Supervision of technicians’ daily reporting. **Monitoring and Control** * Availability to travel more than 50% of the time for operational supervision at branches. * Review of cleanliness, order, and equipment condition in vehicles and facilities. * Supervision of critical treatments. **Quality Management, Stock, and Systems** * Maintenance and updating of the department’s CRM. * Warehouse movements and treatments in the RETO system. * Stock control and analysis at branches. * Supervision of auxiliary materials. * Verification of calibrations for critical equipment. * Comprehensive waste management: coordination with suppliers, storage control, and negotiation. **People, Training, and Regulations** * Updating ROPO records. * Monitoring staff training and performance evaluation. * Support in document management and regulatory compliance. **What Are We Looking For?** **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in operational coordination within pest control, fumigation, or environmental health companies. * Knowledge of current regulations (ROPO, biocides, waste, environmental and plant health). * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with management tools (CRM, RETO or other ERP systems). * Minimum English level B2\.
