With a proven track record of success in the sector, the company has distinguished itself through the quality of its projects and its commitment to excellence at every stage of construction. As a Retail Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in the region. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from inception to completion. Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and work quality standards. Collaborate with design and architecture teams to guarantee accurate interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. Conduct ongoing monitoring of construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations arising during the process. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Coordinate the hiring and management of suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. National geographical mobility is mandatory.### **Requirements** ### **Requirements** Education in Technical Architecture or equivalent. Training: 60 hours of basic-level occupational health and safety or 20 hours as site supervisor\-technical execution manager. Minimum 5 years’ experience managing retail construction projects matching the above characteristics within construction companies. Willingness and ability to relocate. Proficiency in Presto, Excel, and Project.
