Your Tasks * Inspect and verify compliance with processes/approved design data for aircraft structures and aircraft system wiring harnesses, connectors and electrical terminations as per design drawings. according to Quality gates and inspection protocols * Perform visual incoming and first article inspections or parts, components and its related documentation for compliance with design, technical and certification requirements * Create and follow up on quality reports (defects, QNs) in case of deviations (including managing of quarantine items), conducting root cause analysis for quality deviations and Developing containments and corrective actions for problem resolution * Provide feedback and support to production on Quality related issues * Support Quality department on multiple activities (Supply chain, re\-qualifications...etc). participating in process optimizations and projects With this you convince us * Education in relevant engineering degree or aircraft production technician (technical apprenticeship preferably in bodywork or aircraft sheet metal work), qualification with consolidated experience * Proficiency in the field of physical inspections of components \& Proficient in reading technical drawings * At least 8 years of professional experience in the aeronautical sector as quality inspector in a structural assembly line * Experience in structural construction and wiring/cable loom is a plus * Skilled in using MS Office and SAP and combining knowledge of common Aviation quality standards and regulations * Proficiency in Spanish, at least C1 Level (spoken and written), English and German are a plus What we offer * A committed, international team and unique projects. * Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development. * The opportunity to be part of something significant: contribute to the development of a new facility in Sevilla and play a key role in shaping its future success. * Opportunities for career advancement within Pilatus Ibérica and the broader Pilatus network. * A supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and encourages leadership.
