We seek a cybersecurity specialist and operator of cybersecurity solutions for the team working with TrendAI (Trend Micro). The candidate may be based in either Madrid or Barcelona. Responsibilities: * **Provide end-to-end technical guidance to customers**, from onboarding through advanced adoption, ensuring they derive maximum value from TrendAI solutions. * **Serve as the primary technical point of contact**, understanding customer needs and translating them into clear requirements for enhancing their protection environment. * **Deliver advanced-level technical support**, investigating incidents, analyzing integrations, and proposing proactive solutions to improve security detection and response capabilities. * **Collaborate in identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion**, providing customer feedback to drive the evolution of their cybersecurity posture. WHAT DO YOU NEED? * Degree related to ICT * Experience in SOC teams and incident response at L2/L3 level. * CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent is highly desirable. * Forensic analysis experience is highly valued though not mandatory.
