Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller / Financial Manager to lead the comprehensive management of administration, finance, and control within a Hospitality Group, optimizing profitability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the comprehensive management of administration, finance, and control 2. Optimize group profitability through cost control and treasury management 3. Financial reporting to support executive decision-making GRUPO PUERTO DE CUBA LA RAZA CONTROLLER / FINANCIAL MANAGER We are looking for a candidate who will report directly to the General Management, lead the comprehensive administration, finance, and control management of a Seville-based Hospitality Group with an annual turnover of EUR 6 million. Capable of optimizing group profitability through strict cost control, treasury management, and financial reporting to support executive decision-making. Main Responsibilities: · Management control: supervision of recipes, analysis of sales costs, personnel cost control, and correction of budget deviations. · Financial and treasury management. · Accounting, taxation, and closing. · Reporting to management: design, implementation, and maintenance of a dashboard for reporting and advising management. Desired Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics and Finance; postgraduate degrees in Finance and/or Management Control are valued. 3–5 years of experience in Controller or Financial Director roles, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry. Required Competencies · Advanced Excel, restaurant software proficiency, proven experience with enterprise management software (experience with ICG Manager is valued). · Solid knowledge of analytical accounting and inventory management. · Rigorous, proactive, strong communication skills, and results-oriented.
