In this role, you will define end-to-end architectures, evolve a framework built on **Ansible, Rundeck, GitLab CI/CD, Python, and Shell**, and drive practices of **Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and DevSecOps** within a stable environment delivering real technical impact. During **July and August**, all working hours will be intensive. **An end-to-end automation stack** You will work with **Ansible, Rundeck, GitLab CI/CD, Orchestrator, AWX/AAP, Python, and Shell**, connecting development, versioning, deployment, and orchestrated execution. **Stability, autonomy, and technical career progression** You will have the ability to influence standards, architectures, tools, and roadmaps within a long-term project. **Annual gross salary of €38.000 to €43.000** The compensation package includes the social benefits established by the hiring company. ### **Role Mission** Your mission will be to **design, develop, and evolve automation solutions** that improve the operation of infrastructures, ICT services, and ITSM processes in complex technological environments. You will combine **architectural vision and hands-on capability** to define standards, validate solutions, integrate tools, and ensure automations are maintainable, secure, scalable, reusable, and traceable. ### **Your day-to-day in this project** ️ **Maintain and evolve the automation framework**, supported by Ansible, Rundeck, GitLab CI/CD, Orchestrator, and equivalent platforms such as AWX or AAP. ️ Design **end-to-end automation architectures** for infrastructure, operations, and ICT services, integrating them with CMDB, ITSM, monitoring, repository, and orchestration tools. ️ Technically evaluate and justify **tools, integration patterns, and models**, ensuring solutions are maintainable, secure, scalable, and aligned with defined standards. ️ Design, develop, and validate automations using **Ansible, Python, Shell, or equivalent technologies**. ️ Govern pipelines from code versioning through to orchestrated execution using **GitLab CI/CD, Rundeck, or similar solutions**. ️ Integrate automations into **ITSM and ITIL processes**, produce technical documentation, and promote practices of **Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, DevOps, and DevSecOps**. ### **What will help you succeed in this position** To succeed in this role, it is important that you bring a solid technical foundation and sufficient experience to make architectural decisions autonomously: * **Intermediate university degree**, preferably in Technical Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, along with at least **8 years of experience** in information systems automation. * Alternatively, a **Higher Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or FP2 qualification in the ICT field**, accompanied by a minimum of **12 years of experience** in similar roles. * **ITIL Foundation certification**. * Extensive experience with **Ansible, Rundeck, GitLab CI/CD, Orchestrator, Python, Shell**, or equivalent technologies. * Experience defining or applying **technical standards, integrations, and best practices** in automation services and ITSM/ITIL environments. * Ability to operate effectively in **complex technological environments**, produce documentation, and present proposals or results to stakeholders at various levels. ### **Next Steps** If you are seeking a project where you can apply your automation expertise and continue growing professionally within a high-level technical environment, **we invite you to submit your application.
