From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are seeking a Site Manager to take responsibility for the overall coordination of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, deadlines, and efficiency standards. You will directly supervise on-site personnel, machinery, and auxiliary resources, guaranteeing proper execution of work according to established procedures. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Among other duties, the main ones include: * Daily site coordination: Supervise on-site activities ensuring adherence to the work plan. * Occupational safety: Conduct start-up meetings, disseminate preventive regulations, and train the team on safety practices. * Quality control: Verify correct execution of work tasks. * Resource management: Organize human teams, machinery, tools, and auxiliary resources. * Technical supervision: Coordinate surveyors and ensure compliance with standard procedures. * Planning: Monitor progress against the construction schedule. * Logistics: manage access, crane placement, and general logistical aspects. Assembly and transportation. Register and update equipment and transport daily. * Incident resolution: Address and resolve issues occurring on-site. * Project completion: Supervise final checks, finishing tasks, and validation of deliverables. \#LI\-OM1 We are looking for a professional who meets the following requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a construction site manager * Technical Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, Licentiate, or Senior Engineering degree. * Team management skills. Communication and coordination abilities. * Ability to solve problems on-site. * Strong organizational, planning, and monitoring skills. Commitment to safety and quality. * Proactivity and decision-making capability. * Spanish language proficiency.
