Experience in direct client interaction, understanding their needs, translating functional requirements into technical solutions, and managing their expectations. Ability to explain and support, clearly communicating technical decisions to both the team and the client, ensuring a shared and aligned understanding of the project. Experience developing conversational agents and knowledge of platforms such as Google Dialogflow/Conversational Agents. Technical leadership skills, ability to guide a team of developers, provide technical guidance, facilitate decision-making, and foster a collaborative environment. Problem-solving and proactive anticipation of issues before they arise. Analytical thinking and practicality when identifying the root causes of challenges and proposing effective solutions. Highly desirable knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or a general understanding of cloud architecture, knowing how to leverage its services to design scalable and secure solutions.
