




We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with proven experience in team management and daily operations. We want someone responsible, organized, and proactive, who is seeking a stable and long-term position (this is not a seasonal contract). Main responsibilities: * Supervise restaurant opening and closing procedures. * Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams. * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. * Train staff. * Manage cash register, inventories, and orders. * Schedule shifts, working hours, and staff training. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Monitor performance goals and report to management. Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar role. * High level of English (minimum B2). * Leadership skills, communication ability, and problem-solving capability. * Committed profile with a results-oriented mindset.
