To further drive our growth, we are seeking to hire a Commercial Representative for Andalusia and Extremadura, based in Seville or its surrounding areas, who will contribute to expanding our customer portfolio and strengthening our market position. Responsibilities * Prospecting and acquiring new customers. * Providing technical and commercial advice on thermal and structural insulation solutions, tailored to each client's specific needs. * Negotiating commercial proposals and closing agreements. * Managing post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. * Coordinating with installation, production, and logistics teams to guarantee proper project execution. * Preparing commercial reports and submitting periodic updates to the Sales Management team. * Managing the corporate CRM system. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial, construction, insulation materials, or refrigeration sectors. * Knowledge of the insulated panel market, cold rooms, thermal insulation solutions, or refrigeration (desirable). * Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage consultative sales projects. * Autonomy and proactivity, with a results-oriented mindset. * Willingness to travel throughout Andalusia and Extremadura. * Valid driver's license. * Proficient use of CRM and ERP systems. * Advanced level of English.
