Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen and utensils We are looking for a cook for an elderly care residence in Alcalá del Río. The position is a temporary contract covering vacation leave, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, and a monthly salary of €1,429 according to the collective agreement. Main responsibilities include preparing and cooking daily menus tailored to elderly people, managing and storing food supplies, complying with hygiene and health regulations as well as the HACCP system, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and utensils, and coordinating with the center's team to address specific dietary needs. Previous experience in cooking is required, preferably in collective catering, residential facilities, or sociosanitary centers. Teamwork skills, responsibility, organizational ability, and training in food handling are also valued. Immediate start is required.
