Your Mission We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering unique experiences, this is your place. What Will You Do Daily? * Welcome guests and conduct check-in and check-out procedures according to brand standards, ensuring agile, accurate, and service-oriented guest interactions. * Serve as the primary point of contact during guests’ stays, managing requests (transportation, amenities, correspondence, L&F, etc.) and following up until resolution. * Assist in providing personalized attention and management for VIP guests and Global Members, ensuring their preferences and special procedures are met. * Provide clear and up-to-date information about hotel services, transportation, local activities, restaurants, and city plans, offering recommendations when relevant. * Log and resolve incidents promptly and proactively, coordinating with Bellboys, PBX, and other departments to ensure effective, guest-centered responses. * Collect guest feedback during the stay and upon departure, sharing it with the team to support continuous improvement and Guest Experience metrics. * Adhere to quality standards, internal policies, and regulations (including data protection), and participate in service- and hospitality-focused training. Qualifications What Would We Like You to Bring? * Proficiency in English and Spanish; a third language is desirable. * Prior experience in a similar role. * Education related to Tourism. * Attention to detail and empathy. * A proactive personality, capable of taking initiative and projecting a positive attitude. * Independence and strong organizational skills. * Familiarity with Madrid as a tourist destination is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email management. * Knowledge of the Opera system is desirable.
