Main responsibilities include: * Conduct studies and prepare proposals for maintenance sector works (HVAC, fire protection systems, low-voltage electrical systems, hot water supply systems, photovoltaic systems). * Prepare economic\-financial models by studying and analyzing documentation, tender specifications, etc., with thorough knowledge of information provided by the client and required technical documentation. * Draft commercial proposals. * Conduct site visits to workplaces, collect necessary information, and define service specifications (personnel costs, machinery, consumables, etc.). * Participate in negotiations regarding technical and economic conditions with clients when necessary.
