We are seeking our new **Generalist HR Technician** for our Seville office. Reporting hierarchically to the Southern Agency Manager and functionally to the Human Resources Department, your main mission will be the comprehensive management of people within the Southern Agency. ### **What tasks will you carry out?** * Acting as point of contact and coordinating personnel * Maintaining close relationships with various managers, providing support and guidance on team management and employee development * Advising managers on managing their teams * Developing solutions and resolving labor-related questions involving employees in your area * Creating global HR activity reports enabling measurement of established KPIs (absenteeism, turnover…) and corresponding action plans * Evaluating and monitoring employees, implementing necessary competency and performance strategies * Conducting climate surveys, preparing related reports and action plans * Participating in defining training needs and monitoring the training plan * Interpreting and applying current labor legislation and collective agreements to daily labor situations as they arise * Coordinating on\-boarding and off\-boarding processes * Participating in meetings with clients, Works Councils, etc. * Monitoring the personnel budget and supporting the definition of remuneration policies, promotion, and career plans. ### **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract * Competitive salary based on merit * Flexible working hours * Possibility of remote work ### **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Law, or similar fields. * Master’s degree in HR Management and Leadership is desirable. * Over 3 years’ experience as a Generalist HR Technician (experience in Industrial Services companies is desirable). * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation, application of collective agreements, employment contracts, disciplinary regimes, etc. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders (clients, employees, service managers, senior management, etc.). * Willingness to travel. * Advanced English or French is desirable. ### **Are you interested in our proposal?** Send us your application!
