Main responsibilities include: * Conducting studies and preparing proposals for maintenance sector projects (HVAC, fire protection systems, low-voltage electrical systems, hot water supply, photovoltaic systems). * Preparing economic\-financial models by reviewing and analyzing documentation, tender specifications, etc., thoroughly understanding the information provided by the client and required technical documentation. * Drafting commercial proposals. * Conducting site visits to collect necessary information and define service specifications (personnel costs, machinery, consumables, etc.). * Participating in technical and economic negotiations with clients when required.
