**Description:** ---------------- **Your mission** As a Tutor Technician, you will be a key figure in ensuring a positive and effective academic experience. You will accompany students throughout their entire training process, guiding, resolving issues, listening, and proposing improvements. You will help measure the impact of training, collaborate with the teaching team to adapt the program to labor market needs, and ensure the quality of programs. **Your main responsibilities** * Accompany and continuously monitor students from enrollment until the end of the program. * Respond to inquiries, resolve incidents, and provide academic guidance in an agile and empathetic manner. * Support the evaluation and improvement of training programs. * Collaborate in managing subsidized training and actions linked to FUNDAE. * Facilitate coordination between students, teaching staff, and administrative departments. * Participate in the design of training programs. * Participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives promoted by the school. **What we offer** * Opportunity for growth within a solid and forward-looking business project. * Stable contract with potential for advancement within the institution. * Full-time hours. * Continuous training in educational competencies and digital tools. * Participation in CSR initiatives. * Positive work environment, interdepartmental collaboration, and constant support. * Annual gross salary between 24,000 and 26,000 euros. **Working conditions** **From June to October** * Three afternoons off per week (schedule to be defined). * July and August: reduced working day of 6 hours. * 22 working days of vacation in July or August. **From November to May** * One morning off per week. * One afternoon off per week. * The regular working schedule during this period includes Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. **Holidays and special working days** * Christmas: 8 consecutive calendar days of holiday \+ 6-hour working days for the remainder of the period. * Easter week: Monday with a special 6-hour working day \+ holidays from Tuesday to Sunday. * Five personal leave days. * 3 vacation days set by the company. **Requirements:** --------------- **What we value in you** * University degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Experience in educational support and/or student follow-up in training centers, as well as in designing training programs. * Knowledge of subsidized training processes (FUNDAE) and program evaluation. * Communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. * Analytical ability and process improvement skills. * Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented attitude. * Proficiency with digital tools in the Google Workspace environment.
