### **Description** A leading multinational industrial group is seeking a Financial Controller in Cuba. The selected professional will be considered an expatriate. Reporting to the Administration and Finance Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for financial, budgetary, and cost analysis, monitoring, and control, providing technical and operational support to all company departments, especially Operations, and actively participating in reporting and profitability analysis processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Support in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the annual budget (opex and capex), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. * Financial and economic analysis of business activities, identifying improvement opportunities and anticipating deviations. * Preparation and consolidation of monthly financial reports, ensuring high quality and reliability standards in the information. * Participation in management meetings and direct support to senior leadership in strategic decision-making. * Implementation and enhancement of financial and management control tools aimed at improving reporting efficiency and supporting operational decisions. * Management of a small technical team (two professionals with an economic-technical profile), promoting their development and coordinating daily activities. * Collaboration with the corporate department in consolidation and reporting processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in industrial environments. * Solid knowledge of management accounting, financial analysis, and budget management. * Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to various teams. * Experience with financial and business intelligence tools (DeepSeek, Gemini, SIP, or similar). * Intermediate level of English. \- Willingness to rotate and travel between Cuba and Spain.
