REF.: 239/25 HUVR * THE FOUNDATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH RESEARCH IN SEVILLE OFFERS ONE POSITION AS: RESEARCH TECHNICIAN The Foundation for the Management of Health Research in Seville (hereinafter, FISEVI) is a non-profit organization whose assets are permanently dedicated to the development of teaching, scientific research and technological development in Health Sciences. The Foundation's objectives are the promotion and execution of high-quality biomedical research in Andalusia, as well as the promotion and development of innovations in health technologies, education and healthcare service management. In accordance with Article 5 of its bylaws, the Foundation may carry out any activities directly or indirectly aimed at achieving these objectives. In this capacity, FISEVI, funded by public resources from the Clinical Care Pathway Assessment Project (Carpa Project), hereby announces the following call, establishing the following Basis of the Call A. Purpose of the Call The purpose of this call is to select one candidate from the applications received who meets the necessary requirements to join the Scientific and Technical Service of the Clinical Management Unit of the Digestive System, specifically participating in the CARPA project: "Clinical Care Pathway Assessment Project", led by Principal Investigator Manuel Romero Gómez, to be carried out at the Hospital Universitario Virgen del Rocío. B. Employment Information * **Contract Type**: Contract for scientific-technical activities (Article 23 bis of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation), including a six-month probation period as established for technical personnel in Article 14 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, of March 24, approving the Consolidated Text of the Workers' Statute. * **Duration**: Indefinite, linked to the duration of the project or funding specified in this call, initially expected until December 1, 2027. * **Professional Group**: Research Technician. * **Expected Start Date**: October 23, 2025. * **Working Hours**: Full-time. * **Gross Salary**: 22,200.00 euros gross annually (base salary plus proportional extra payments). C. Job Responsibilities * Handling biological samples from the project mentioned in the call (biopsies, blood, serum, feces). * Tasks related to patient selection and follow-up for the study. * Database management. * Electronic notebook management. * Collection of patient data (CRFs). * Preparation and support during monitoring visits. * Attendance at international meetings and conferences. * Support coordination of study execution with the various Clinical Management Units (UGC) and involved research groups. * Visits to Primary Care centers and patient management across different health centers. D. Minimum Requirements * Possession of required documentation for employment in Spain. * Not having been dismissed from any Public Administration through disciplinary proceedings, nor being disqualified from performing public functions. * University Degree in Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy or Medicine (MECES LEVEL 2: BACHELOR'S DEGREE). * Certification in Good Clinical Practice. * IATA Certificate for sample handling. * At least 3 months of experience performing Data Entry tasks. * At least 3 months of experience in coordination of Clinical Trials.
