What will you do on a daily basis? * Coordinate and support a small team responsible for product or service distribution. * Serve and retain customers, ensuring their satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues. * Participate in planning and organizing delivery routes to optimize time and resources. * Keep customer and process information updated in internal tools. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality and timely delivery. * Propose ideas and improvements to optimize team performance and customer service.
