We are seeking a Traffic Operations Coordinator within one of our Transportation business lines at our headquarters in Zaragoza. In your day-to-day role, you will ensure achievement of branch objectives while meeting customer needs and optimizing fleet productivity and profitability. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? * Support the team in monitoring trucks, ensuring adherence to established scheduling and service requirements. * Understand the work performed by your colleagues and provide support on queries and incidents. * Distribute tasks equitably and supervise their execution. * Coordinate resolution of traffic-related incidents, non-conformities, and claims within the business line. * Ensure smooth communication with customers, carriers, and other departments. * Review customer reports and KPIs, proactively implementing corrective actions. * Supervise supplier/carrier management processes, customer service, and administrative processes, continuously identifying improvement opportunities. * Achieve new account retention in coordination with your supervisor.
