For this internship, we seek recent graduates in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields—or those completing their Final Degree Project—to join the Iberia Customer Engagement department through an internship. **What does the Unit do?** The Iberia Customer Engagement department manages initiatives related to the Customer Engagement Directorate’s systems. **What will you contribute to?** Your tasks will focus on automating monitoring activities for the Customer Engagement digital portfolio. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **DEGREES** Industrial Organization Engineering Computer Engineering Industrial Engineering Mathematics Statistics Telecommunications Engineering Data Engineering / Data Science **ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE** Office software proficiency; Excel; Power BI; Copilot; Task automation. **LANGUAGES** * Technical English (C1\); **What do we offer?** Internships at Endesa, SWING Program: Monthly gross scholarship allowance of €900.00. Working hours: Hybrid \- Full-time. Workplace in Spain: Ribeira Del Loira 60 \- Madrid Endesa internships last nine months and consist of two components: Practical On-the-Job Training and Academic Training. Practical On-the-Job Training entails full-time work Monday through Friday, 17 working days of annual leave, and a gross monthly scholarship allowance of €900. Concurrently, Academic Training is delivered: the Master's Program in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics offered by Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), delivered online, with the primary objective of learning and enhancing your competency profile.
