Job responsibilities — English Teacher Plan and teach English classes to children, adolescents and/or adults according to the assigned level (A1–C2). Apply the academy's teaching methodology, based on real communication, personalized attention, and Cambridge exam preparation. Prepare activities and materials aligned with each group's objectives and the textbooks used. Monitor students' progress, identifying needs and providing individualized support when necessary. Continuously assess through internal tests, oral activities, and written assignments. Write progress reports and brief communications for families when needed. Prepare and administer mock exams for PET, FCE, CAE or CPE depending on training and experience. Participate in periodic coordination meetings with management and teaching staff. Maintain a positive and organized environment both in the classroom and common areas. Promote educational values such as respect, motivation, collaborative work, and student autonomy. Ensure punctuality, attendance, and group coexistence throughout the course. Collaborate in special activities such as workshops, summer intensives, Cambridge ceremonies, or out-of-classroom events.
