Functions and Responsibilities * Participate in designing and diagnosing the digital needs of vulnerable women * Contact various public and private entities to implement the project within its geographical area * Collaborate in designing innovative activities for direct intervention pathways, focusing on social impact, digital transformation, and digitalization to support employability and job search * Create, update, and adapt content across various digital platforms, ensuring accessibility and impact on target groups * Develop digital competency pathways and AI usage training, especially tailored for young and older women * Produce methodological materials and manuals in diverse formats * Facilitate learning communities for collaborative learning and promote participation and training of other professionals working in social intervention * Plan awareness-raising campaigns to bridge the gender digital divide * Collaborate with other projects related to the social and labor inclusion of vulnerable individuals **Profile:** University degree in Social Sciences (Information and Documentation, Social Education, Social Work, Business Administration and Management, etc.) or Higher Vocational Training (Social Integration, Socio-Cultural Animation, Communication Mediation, Administration). * Gender perspective training * Valuable additional training related to digital transition, particularly for youth and older adults Experience: * Experience intervening with vulnerable women, applying a gender and intersectional approach * Experience supporting digital transformation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and online tools * Experience managing hybrid, in-person, and online projects * Proficiency with MS365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and equivalent tools in other environments * Experience with online learning management systems (Vista Learning, Moodle, others) * Experience working in distributed teams, project-based work, proactivity, effective communication, remote work, planning, and continuous learning Skills: * Empathetic communication and ability to adapt to varying levels of digital competence * Ability to work remotely and autonomously * Capacity for learning and leading initiatives * Sensitivity to the specific needs of women in situations of vulnerability * Ability to work effectively in diverse environments **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Capacity to lead initiatives, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Full-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €24,001 and €30,000 gross per year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 3 years **Start Date:** 12/18/2025 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
