Become a creator of the possible with us! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all distribution center activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods. * Manage and lead a team of operators, including task assignment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. * Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. * Optimize distribution center processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory through cycle counts and periodic reconciliations. * Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and sales to ensure customer satisfaction. * Analyze performance data and generate reports for management. * Manage and control the budget allocated to the operations area. * Implement and maintain continuous improvement programs. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the distribution center. **Preferred Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising operations in a distribution center. * In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes. * Experience managing work teams. * Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems. * Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene regulations. * Intermediate level of English (desirable). * Valid driver’s license and availability to travel occasionally.
