From Consultora Incorpora 360 we are looking for cleaning staff. Tasks include cleaning and maintenance of company offices, residential communities and other assigned spaces. We are seeking responsible individuals who are motivated to work and have experience or interest in the cleaning sector. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas, offices, staircases, entrances and private homes. Clean surfaces, floors, windows, bathrooms, kitchens and furniture following established protocols. Collect and manage waste according to recycling and environmental regulations. Restock cleaning supplies and materials when necessary. Report incidents, damages or maintenance needs to the direct supervisor. * Experience: 2 years. Previous experience in cleaning tasks in offices, residential communities and/or homes is valued. * Spanish (spoken Upper, written Upper) * Catalan (spoken Medium, written Medium) * Skills / knowledge: Cleaning products and techniques. Proper use of cleaning equipment and tools (vacuum cleaners, mops, etc.). Basic hygiene, disinfection and occupational safety regulations. Responsibility and punctuality. Good interpersonal skills and discretion with clients and users. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and care in work performance. Flexibility in working hours and professional appearance. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time morning shift (20 hours - weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary from '600' to '700'
