




Job Summary: We are seeking a person to join the public service team at the Masieta parking lot and information point, performing duties including parking management, cleaning, public service, and sales support. Sales support and information point Languages: Catalan, Spanish Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM Mandatory Requirements: Not specified We require a person to join the public service team at the Masieta (Mont\-Rebei) parking lot and information point, with the following functions and responsibilities. \- Parking management: providing parking instructions to visitors, ensuring smooth operation, and guiding visitors. \- Daily cleaning of parking areas. \- Periodic cleaning of the gorge trail. \- Management of possible incidents and resolution of situations involving visitors. \- Support for public service at the information point. \- Support for shop sales. \- Support for parking ticket sales at the entrance booth. * Minimum 12 months of experience. \- Experience in public service roles. Experience in the tourism sector is desirable. \- One year’s experience in electronic payments and collections. * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Possession of a disability certificate. \- Proficiency in office software to operate sales systems. \- Ability to perform tasks requiring movement along mountain trails and uneven paths. \- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving ability and sensitivity when dealing with diverse visitor flows. \- Languages: Catalan and Spanish at an advanced level. \- Ability to reach the workplace, located in an area inaccessible by public transport. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (25 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary: 998 * Additional relevant information: Fixed-term discontinuous contract for summer months.
