Main Responsibilities * General repair and maintenance tasks; supervision and control of facilities; coordination with external maintenance companies when necessary; preventive control to ensure proper facility operation; support in setting up and preparing rooms for events and conferences. Requirements * Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented person. * Ability to work autonomously. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs is preferred. * Prior experience in hotel, building, or similar facility maintenance is desirable.
