At Ilerwork, we are selecting an **Accounting Manager** to join an established company in the construction and infrastructure sector, with a solid structure and presence in Catalonia. We seek a candidate with experience in general and analytical accounting, strong organizational skills, and a holistic understanding of the finance function, who wishes to integrate into a stable environment offering professional growth. **Job Mission** The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper accounting management of the company, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and support to the management control area. Additionally, they will lead a team of 5 people, coordinating their activities and ensuring alignment with the company’s philosophy and values. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of general and analytical accounting. * Preparation and supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. * Bank reconciliations and treasury control. * Preparation of financial reports and support to management in decision-making. * Cost control and monitoring by project/construction site. * Management of tax obligations in coordination with external advisors. * Supervision and coordination of accounting documentation. * Support during internal and external audits. * Coordination and leadership of a team of 5 people, fostering their development, efficiency, and teamwork aligned with the company’s objectives. Requirements * Minimum of **5 years’ demonstrable experience as Accounting Manager**, preferably within construction or infrastructure companies. * Experience in **team management and leadership**, including delegation of responsibilities and coordination of personnel. * Strong communication skills, approachable demeanor, and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Accustomed to working under pressure and tight deadlines, maintaining accuracy and rigor in financial reporting. * Experience managing tax obligations in coordination with external advisors. * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Solid knowledge of general and analytical accounting. * Advanced proficiency in office software and accounting/ERP systems. * Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in project- or construction-site-based cost control is desirable.
