




You will be responsible for maintaining security and order in the building. This includes controlling access for people and vehicles, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the facilities. Additionally, you will oversee the proper functioning of all equipment and systems within the condominium, reporting any incidents for prompt resolution. You will also handle all incoming mail and packages, managing their correct distribution. Another one of your duties will be operating the telephone switchboard, efficiently directing calls and providing basic information when necessary. Proficiency in using computer tools at a user level and prior experience in concierge tasks or similar positions are valued. The working schedule is 30.5 hours per week on rotating shifts, covering Monday through Saturday. The contract is temporary for one month to cover a vacation period.
