We are looking for a physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a senior residence in Vila-sana. We seek a committed, empathetic individual with a vocation for caring for older adults, who contributes to preserving and enhancing residents' mobility, autonomy, and well-being through individualized, high-quality care. \- Assess the functional status and needs of residents. \- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans. \- Conduct rehabilitation sessions, functional maintenance, and prevention of complications arising from immobility. \- Apply physiotherapy techniques adapted to each resident's needs. \- Promote mobilization, fall prevention, and maintenance of autonomy. \- Monitor residents' progress and document interventions performed. \- Collaborate coordinately with other professionals at the facility. \- Advise residents, families, and professionals on mobilization guidelines, positioning, and injury prevention. \- Participate in team meetings and activities promoting residents' health and well-being. * DEGREE TITLE * Competencies / knowledge: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Physiotherapy * Vehicle availability required * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Other relevant details: Contract type and working hours to be determined based on availability (Monday to Friday).
