Are you ready to take the next step? **Resident Engineer \- Quality** * High-impact project in the industrial automotive sector. * Project duration: indefinite, direct hiring by the client. * Knowledge of fabrics (seat covers). * On-site working modality. **Why work with us?** \+ Constant innovation: here, each day brings new challenges, new ideas, and new solutions. \+ Real growth: we support your growth from within through training and internal promotions. \+ Collaborative culture: we work as a team, celebrate achievements together, and learn from our mistakes. **Your mission:** As a **Resident Engineer**, you will ensure customer satisfaction by acting as a strategic liaison between the customer and Tier 1 supplier, guaranteeing quality, leading incident resolution, and promoting continuous improvement. **The challenges you’ll face:** * Ensure customer satisfaction by acting as the liaison between the customer and Tier 1\. * Be the customer’s voice on the factory floor. * Analyze root causes in case of issues arising at the customer’s plant and assist in preparing responses to resolve them. * Contribute to ensuring that performed processes comply with SGA requirements. * Conduct audits according to standard requirements (including customer-specific standards) to maintain group compliance and certification. * Supervise series production activities at the customer’s facilities. * Identify issues and engage the relevant department to supervise and ensure effective corrective action through quality alerts and other communications. * Monitor results and customer perception of quality. * Provide information to management regarding organizational performance and ensure necessary improvement activities. * Perform real-time tracking of quality issues and warranty claims, reporting to the customer’s Quality Manager. * Train and supervise rework personnel from third-party agencies contracted at the customer’s facilities. **What will make you succeed in this role:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 3 years of experience in quality and knowledge of fabrics (seat covers). * Proficiency in quality standards and internal/customer quality standards (VDA, APQP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949\...). * Advanced Excel skills and quality methodologies. * Minimum B2 level English; French and Arabic are assets. **Your selection process will be as follows:** * Brief call to align expectations and get to know you (15 min). * Online interview with the Talent Acquisition team (40 min). * In-person technical validation with the Operations team/department heads to understand daily operations (45 min).
