Learn more about us at www.xerox.com. **Job Description** The Order\-to\-Cash Specialist supports the daily execution of the end\-to\-end OTC process, including order processing, billing, issue resolution, and receivable follow\-up. The role ensures transactions are processed accurately and on time while supporting customers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and timely cash collection.**Specific Responsibilities:** * Act as SME across O2C: billing, collections, order management and customer care. * Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI’s * Translate data into actionable insights for business and finance leaders * Ensure data accuracy, governance and consistency across systems * Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement. * Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Credit teams to resolve operational issues. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and deadlines. * Support process improvement and automation initiatives and projects **Skills \& Experience:** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, communication and stakeholder management skills * Strong experience in reporting and analytics * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Knowledge of OTC/Finance processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines. * Problem‑solving and analytical mindset * Fluent in English and Nordic / Dutch languages **What we offer:** * Permanent full\-time contract * Flexible hybrid working model * Competitive salary and bonus scheme * Generous relocation package * Friendly and flexible work environment * Work from home policy in place * Flexible working hours \#LI\-AI1 \#LI\-HYBRID
