




Position Summary: Execute technical work at the Site to optimize resources, ensure quality, costs, and timelines, and maintain communication with the Maintenance Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident management and prioritization of maintenance resources. 2. Ensuring training and safety of maintenance technicians. 3. Coordination and management of preventive maintenance and resources. **Purpose of the Position:** ========================= Execute existing technical work at the Site to ensure optimal allocation of available resources. Ensure that all executed operations comply with defined quality, cost, and timeline requirements. Ensure seamless and regular communication with the Maintenance Process Manager to establish necessary production priorities. **Position Responsibilities:** ================================= * Manage incidents and/or tasks requiring prioritization of maintenance human resources jointly with Production and Execution teams, and oversee their resolution from start to finish. * Collaborate with Methods to manage tasks aimed at enhancing maintenance technicians’ knowledge level and communicate arising needs. * Ensure maintenance technicians’ training status is up-to-date regarding technical competencies (skill matrix). * Ensure maintenance technicians have all necessary safety equipment to operate across all Site sections (training records, risk assessment sheets, PPE, etc.). * Provide end-to-end support (diagnosis and resolution) for technical incidents affecting production equipment. * Collaborate with Methods to ensure correct updating of preventive maintenance plans for all production units. * Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of the preventive maintenance masterplan, managing resources, spare parts, materials, and special tools. * Coordinate with Production on potential discrepancies in the preventive maintenance plan schedule. * Manage procurement of required materials and spare parts for production equipment, reviewing minimum stock levels of such parts in the spare parts warehouse and arranging purchases if necessary. * Manage the Maintenance Department’s financial resources. * Support external suppliers when required, ensuring compliance with Site standards (QA, HSE, etc.). * Propose improvements regarding standardization of tasks and spare parts within the Maintenance–Engineering Department. * Propose and monitor minimum stock levels for the spare parts warehouse. * Manage resources required for validations, qualifications, and projects. * Execute, in collaboration with Methods, tasks resulting from CAPAs and QA deviations. * Ensure product quality in accordance with Company standards and applicable legislation within the scope of responsibility. * Ensure implementation of technical actions derived from risk alerts. * Execute Lean and Performance Management initiatives aligned with Site objectives. * Foster positive interpersonal relationships and communication, promoting a conducive environment for achieving team results. * Ensure safety and environmental protection in accordance with Company standards and applicable legislation within the scope of responsibility. * Participate in fulfilling the Site’s HSE program. Comply with and ensure one’s own safety and that of personnel working in one’s area. Report any identified risks immediately. **Comparative Analysis:** ========================= Develop proposals to implement best practices at the Site level.
