Likewise, psychological and emotional support must be provided to the family members and caregivers of terminal patients during the prognostic phase, the final stage of life, and the bereavement period following the patient’s death. **Responsibilities:** * Psychological attention to patients enrolled in the psychosocial care program of the “La Caixa” Foundation and to their family members, both in the Palliative Care Inpatient Unit and in their homes. * Preparation and documentation—both on the “La Caixa” Foundation’s platform and on the hospital’s platform—of the initial psychological assessment report for each patient, as well as follow-up reports and the final report after the last intervention. * Coordination with physicians, nurses, and nursing assistants in hospitals to evaluate and develop comprehensive action and care plans. * Provision of psychological–emotional support interventions to healthcare professionals working in palliative care units within hospitals. * Psychological attention to family members of patients undergoing bereavement. * Determination of the frequency of assistance for each patient and documentation of interventions performed with them and their outcomes. **We offer:** * **Contract type:** Temporary * **Working hours:** 32 hours/week * **Start date:** Immediate * **Work environment:** Collaborative and respectful * **Work–life balance** * **Continuous training, social benefits, and professional development:** enabling you to grow within a company in constant evolution. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Psychology. * Master’s degree in General Health Psychology or official qualification via PIR (Resident Intern Psychologist Program). * Postgraduate qualification in Psychosocial and Spiritual Care for People with Advanced Illness is desirable. * Additional training in Gender Equality is considered a positive asset. * Availability to travel and own vehicle.
