Additionally, Grupo iLERNA is backed by an international private equity fund and has an ambitious growth plan. **Your impact** As an HR Business Partner, you will be the main point of contact for our teachers, ensuring they have all the necessary information, tools, and resources to perform their roles excellently. Your work will be crucial in ensuring each center operates smoothly and enhancing the academic staff experience. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Be the key support for our teachers:** serve as their contact point to resolve questions about schedules, rotations, collective agreements, and internal processes, ensuring a smooth and close experience. * **Support onboarding:** help new teachers understand processes, tools, and culture from day one. * **Connect with each center’s management:** coordinate with directors to align needs and optimize teaching staff management. * **Ensure clarity and regulatory compliance:** be the reference point on collective agreements and regulations applicable to teaching staff, providing clarity and ensuring compliance. * **Drive teaching talent from the start:** conduct recruitment processes, define profiles, carry out interviews, and ensure the best professionals are hired for each center and specialty. * **Contribute to HR policy development:** participate in adapting and developing policies to effectively meet the needs of the teaching staff, ensuring coherence and organizational alignment. * **Act as an HR strategic partner:** provide analysis and insights on engagement, performance, and development needs to promote their growth and well-being. * **Make onboarding memorable:** guide new teachers through integration, conveying our culture and ensuring they feel part of the team from day one. **What will make you stand out:** * +2 years of experience in HR roles, with experience in onboarding, personnel coordination, recruitment, and labor advisory. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields. * Knowledge of ATS and HRIS tools, proficiency in Excel, ability to generate metrics and reports. * Effective communication, customer orientation, proactivity, and strong organizational skills. * Availability to travel occasionally and connect with our educational centers. **What we offer you:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours. * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, training, and childcare allowance. * Boost your personal and family growth with exclusive discounts across our entire educational offering: courses, vocational training, degrees, and master's programs. * Exclusive employee discount club. * Become part of an educational group with purpose and strong social impact. **If you're ready to boost your career in an innovative and challenging environment, now is the time!**
