The primary objective is to ensure that the product is correctly transformed into a final unit meeting packaging, labeling, and presentation standards for distribution. Daily activities include physical handling of finished products, shipment preparation, and detailed recording of materials consumed during the shift. Raw material consumption is monitored, and inventory tracking is performed using radiofrequency systems. Proper ordering and archiving of documentation for each batch are critical to ensuring traceability. Constant coordination with other departments is required to maintain efficient line supply. This role involves active participation in material management and maintenance of internal logistics flow, complying with established quality protocols. The work environment requires adaptation to variable paces and adherence to standard operating procedures. Responsibility is required in managing assigned equipment and tools, as well as maintaining the workplace area. Auxiliary logistics and pallet storage tasks are valued, provided safety regulations are respected. This position offers stability, enabling familiarity with the value chain and plant technologies to contribute to continuous improvement. Previous experience in industrial production, food, or construction environments. Availability to work the 5th European Shift (morning, afternoon, and night). Personal vehicle and valid driver's license required. A valid forklift operator license is considered an advantage.
