At **DORMITY**, the industry-leading manufacturer and retailer of sleep systems—with over 20 years of experience and a network of more than 55 physical stores—we are seeking sales talent for our stores located in the Vallès Occidental region (Sabadell, Terrassa, Sant Cugat del Vallés, Rubí, Barberà del Vallès, etc.). ***What will you do at DORMITY?*** Your role will be pivotal in ensuring every customer enjoys a unique and personalized shopping experience: * Active listening and tailored advice for each customer based on their actual needs. * Drive sales with confidence, conviction, and in-depth product knowledge. * Follow up on quotations and contribute to customer retention. * Ability to accompany the customer through to the purchase decision, ensuring an outstanding experience while building customer trust and delivering value. ***What do we offer?*** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,392 + an attractive commission system resulting in an average annual gross salary between €30,000 and €40,000. * Initial and ongoing training on sales techniques and products, delivered by our professionals, so you have all the necessary tools at your disposal. * 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Saturday, split shifts (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:30).
