Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities; organizing tasks; monitoring performance; and promoting talent development. Coordination with maintenance—both corrective and preventive—is also required, along with tracking key indicators such as equipment efficiency, productivity, scrap material, and downtime to identify improvement opportunities. Active participation in implementing LEAN or TPS methodologies is required, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Additional responsibilities include leading operational meetings, managing corrective actions, and promoting a culture of order and discipline on the shop floor. A technical background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Organization is required, along with prior experience managing teams in industrial production environments. Knowledge of metallurgical processes, plant management, industrial maintenance, and LEAN methodologies is highly valued. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset, with consistent on-site presence.
