What will be your responsibilities? * Conducting physico-chemical analyses to ensure the quality of our dried fruits. * Managing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. * Coordinating laboratory operations, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and processes. * Supporting the management of ISO 45001 documentation related to occupational health and safety. * Collaborating on personnel and HR management within the section. * Monitoring current food legislation and applying regulations to production processes.
