Job Summary: We are seeking a vehicle mechanic to coordinate daily work in fast mechanical repair, supervise maintenance operations, manage work orders and spare parts, and ensure personnel quality and training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily work planning and coordination in fast mechanical repair 2. Supervision of maintenance operations and work order management 3. Incident detection, staff training, and interdepartmental collaboration We need a vehicle mechanic for an automotive sector company in Lleida. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating daily work in fast mechanical repair by assigning tasks to the technical team. Maintenance operations such as oil changes, brake servicing, tire replacement, wheel alignments, and shock absorber replacements are supervised. Work orders are managed and validated; spare parts inventory is controlled; and the quality of each intervention is ensured. Additionally, technical incidents are identified, improvement proposals are made, staff are trained on procedures and safety, and collaboration is maintained with after-sales, sales, and spare parts departments. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift between 07:30 and 19:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * We seek an active and versatile individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan.
