We are currently recruiting a **Maintenance Services and Business Development Manager** to join a company specializing in climate control, aerothermal, heat pump, energy installation, and photovoltaic solutions, with a solid track record delivering maintenance services and installations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We seek a technically and commercially oriented professional capable of leading and expanding the maintenance division, acting as the primary point of contact with clients, coordinating the technical team, and identifying new business opportunities that contribute to the company’s growth. ##### **What will you do?** You will join a long-term project with significant growth potential, leading the maintenance service and becoming a key figure in expanding this business line. REQUIREMENTS * Technical education related to maintenance, installations, energy, climate control, electricity, mechanics, or similar fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles related to maintenance services, after-sales, SAT (Service Assistance Team), installations, or technical business development. * Experience managing clients and coordinating technical teams. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and convert them into commercial opportunities. * Knowledge of climate control, aerothermal systems, heat pumps, thermal installations, or photovoltaics. * Client-oriented profile with business vision and ability to build trust-based relationships. * Valid driver’s license. ##### **Highly valued** * Prior experience as SAT Manager, Service Head, Service Manager, or Maintenance Contract Manager. * Experience in climate control, renewable energy, installation, or facility services companies. * Existing network of contacts in sectors related to maintenance, installations, or energy efficiency. * Knowledge of profitability analysis and economic management of contracts. * Experience in business development and opening new accounts. * Ability to lead teams and support the growth of a business unit.
