The selected candidate will perform tasks including meter reading, facility inspections, fault location and repair, as well as supporting civil works related to the hydraulic network. We seek a fieldwork-oriented individual with technical knowledge and the ability to autonomously resolve incidents. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Periodic reading and monitoring of water meters. * Detection of anomalies, irregular consumption, and potential leaks. * Inspection and maintenance of the drinking water supply network. * Repair of faults in pipes, valves, service connections, and other network components. * Plumbing work related to water distribution. * Support in excavation and civil works associated with network repairs. * Opening and closing of trenches for pipeline repairs. * Installation and replacement of water meters. * Preparation of work reports and incident records. * Ad-hoc user assistance and resolution of supply-related incidents. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * Prior experience in water network maintenance, plumbing, civil works, or urban services. * Knowledge of water supply and distribution networks. * Experience in pipe and service connection repair. * Ability to interpret basic network and installation blueprints. * Valid Class B driving license. * Residence in Cardedeu or surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Experience with water utility companies (e.g., Aigües de Barcelona, Agbar, Sorea, Aqualia, etc.). * Familiarity with light construction machinery. * Excavator or backhoe loader operator’s license. * Leak detection expertise. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training in construction, civil works, or utility networks.
