We are committed to quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork. We are seeking to hire an **Electronic Technician** to strengthen our production department. What will your responsibilities be? * Assembly and integration of electronic equipment. * Manual soldering of **SMD and THT** components. * Basic interpretation of electronic schematics and technical documentation. * Verification and quality control of electronic circuit boards. * Operation of hand tools and laboratory equipment. * Organization of the workstation and compliance with manufacturing procedures. * Collaboration with the rest of the production team to meet delivery deadlines. * Participation in continuous improvement processes. What are we looking for? Mandatory * Experience in precision electronic soldering (SMD and THT) **or specific training with demonstrable capability**. * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Organizational skills. * Willingness to learn. * Teamwork orientation. * Responsible and committed attitude. Preferred qualifications * Vocational Training in Electronics. * Experience in electronic manufacturing. * Familiarity with **Pick & Place** machines. * Knowledge of SMT processes. * Experience using soldering stations, hot air guns, microscopes, and measurement equipment. * Ability to interpret electronic diagrams. * Experience conducting functional testing of equipment.
