Description

We are seeking a nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. Participate in interdisciplinary sessions to develop, evaluate, and modify each individual's personalized care plan. • Apply nursing-specific techniques. • Prepare, distribute, administer, and monitor prescribed medications and treatments by the medical professional. • Conduct ongoing assessment of the basic needs of individuals receiving care. • Promote preventive measures and health education in coordination with primary care teams. • Plan and carry out health education activities. In case of a user's health condition deterioration, and in the absence of the residential center's physician, implement measures aimed at ensuring appropriate healthcare, according to the center's established protocol. Participate, as scheduled, in sessions dedicated to developing, monitoring, and evaluating each user's care plan, and provide assessments specific to the nursing field. Jointly establish, through consensus with other professionals and the person receiving care—or their reference person—goals oriented toward maintaining or recovering health status and functional autonomy. • Participate in developing and periodically reviewing nursing clinical protocols. • Participate in preparing the center’s annual activity report and other studies and projects, providing data related to the nursing domain. • Participate in and contribute to the continuing education activities of the interdisciplinary team. • Plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate gerontological auxiliary staff’s care tasks, in all aspects that may enhance quality and ensure proper satisfaction of users’ needs. • Collaborate with other professionals to maximize comfort for individuals during end-of-life care, using nursing-specific techniques. • Collaborate in training staff on practical skills. • Participate, together with the interdisciplinary team, in ethics committee and other committee activities. • Develop and participate in research, investigation, teaching, and management projects within the nursing field. • Actively participate, together with the rest of the team, in the center’s continuous improvement plans. * Minimum 1 month of experience.
