Our client is dedicated to industrial production. We are seeking an electrical maintenance technician to join the team in the area of la Selva del Camp, initially on a temporary contract with potential for permanent incorporation. The responsibilities will include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various production lines, actively communicating any incidents that may arise during manufacturing to meet established OEE targets. * Managing stoppages of production lines and ensuring control over them, reducing repair waiting times and achieving effective repairs. * Fabricating and/or modifying parts for machinery repair/improvement and equipment calibration. * Analyzing and resolving faults, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic issues. * Assisting in creating maintenance records and reporting daily activities. * Participating in various continuous improvement projects; conducting machine inspections to identify and resolve problems proactively according to the team's maintenance plan. * Programming PLCs. * Creating and keeping updated preventive and corrective maintenance manuals, verifying their maintenance and/or updates. * Supporting and training mechanics, especially in cases of new hires, to achieve set objectives. * Assisting and collaborating in spare parts management. * Making operational decisions regarding aspects of their own work. * Making decisions on matters affecting the work of a group. Full-time schedule of 40 weekly hours from Monday to Friday on morning shifts, either from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 07:00 to 15:00, with legally mandated breaks. Possibility of working third or fourth shift if activated. * Minimum one year of experience. * We are looking for an organized and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace and having a vehicle to commute are advantageous. * Secondary education in Mechanics, Electronics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or similar.- Class B1 driver's license.
