Actively participate in healthcare quality and clinical safety DESCRIPTION We are seeking to fill an indefinite vacancy for a **Rotating Physician** at our **Ibermutua Oviedo center**. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform urgent clinical activities (anamnesis, physical examination, diagnosis, therapeutic plan) for workers attending the center or corresponding service, as well as assess functional capacity for occupational activity according to established procedures and protocols. * Conduct periodic clinical controls and follow-ups for workers requiring successive scheduled consultations until functional recovery. * Receive, assess, and manage transfer requests from external medical centers for authorization. * Maintain and ensure the proper functioning and custody of assigned clinical equipment, materials, supplies, and facilities. * Actively participate in all healthcare quality and patient clinical safety standards, as well as in appropriate management of waste generated during activities. * Assess and monitor common contingency sick leave processes within your area of responsibility, in accordance with Medical Directorate objectives. * Identify and report potential risks. * Implement actions assigned to you under strategic programs launched by the Entity at any given time. * Prepare required medical reports to support healthcare management (e.g., discharge proposals, permanent disability assessments, etc.). * Inform and promote among contacted patients awareness and use of Ibermutua Digital Personas as a bidirectional interaction tool between the Mutual and the patient. * Request complementary tests or specialist interconsultations when deemed appropriate to expedite patient recovery. WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Rotating shifts Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon shifts (8:00–15:15 / 12:45–20:00), covering needs arising across healthcare centers in the Autonomous Community of Asturias. CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS: Based on position characteristics, the reference group and level is Group I, Level III + shift work supplement. However, the candidate’s individual conditions (consolidated group and level, remuneration) will also be considered.
